Delivery Terms & Conditions

We will arrange delivery Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 6.00pm. All deliveries will require a customer signature. If the client is not available to take the delivery a contact card will be left for the recipient to re-arrange delivery or collection.

We will endeavour to deliver your order within 5-16 working days. If your order is a specialised product you will be contacted either by email or telephone to discuss a delivery time scale.

All payments will be accepted in GBP. All product prices and delivery charges are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Returns Policy

SkateXpress has been in business for 20 years and customer satisfaction is of paramount importance. We pride ourselves on our carefully selected standards of services.

If you are not happy with your purchase/s you are invited to come down to our shop premises and we will be happy to exchange the product as long as the original packaging has not been removed, scratched, scuffed or used and the product remain re-saleable. Alternatively you can return the product via courier service at your own cost. Please note that if the product has been purchased via the web a 25% handling charge will apply.
